I create live, hand-drawn portraits adding creativity, entertainment, and a touch of magic to your special day.

Your loved ones walk away with a personalised artwork, and you get a beautifully interactive moment woven into your celebration.

What is included:

  1. A framed A5 portrait of the Bride and Groom in the chosen portrait style

    (completed during the ceremony to be displayed when guests arrive at the reception)

  2. 30 mins for Crystal to take photos of your guests to draw from.

  3. Five hours live illustration.

  4. All materials to create the artworks and send them safely home with your guests.

  5. Postage (if required) of the guest portraits not completed live.

The number of guests illustrated on the day will depend on the type of illustration you would like.

I offer four different portrait types to suit any celebration.

  1. FIVE mins per person (approx 50 ppl live) Polaroid style - black pen outline, pink cheeks and lips, head and torso only.

  2. SEVEN mins per person (approx 40ppl live) Texta Head & Shoulders- full colour, head and shoulders only.

  3. TEN mins per person (approx 30ppl live) Black Pen Outline Full Length- pink cheeks and lips, outfit in colour.

  4. TWELVE mins per person (approx 23 ppl live) Texta Full Length- full colour, full length

Any additional guest portraits will be completed the fortnight after the wedding and sent via Registered Post to the address nominated. Please note, they can only be sent to one address and will then need to be distributed by the recipient.

What is not included:

  • Because every special day, and guest list, is different- all additional portraits are charged per person to allow you to estimate the total cost of your package. If you ae happy for me to draw as many guests as possible on the night and leave it there, there is no additional cost. Please note that if you have a guest list of 100 people and you choose my Polaroid Style portraits (which I estimate I can complete 50 of on the night), the amount will be the base package price + another 50 portraits (+ 50 x $7= $350)

  1. Polaroid Style $7 per person

  2. Texta Head and Shoulders $10 per person

  3. Black Pen Outline Full Length $15 per person

  4. Texta Full Length $20 per person

  • I will need a table and chair- both standard in height. Please let me know if I need to provide my own- this may incur a further cost.

  • I will need a well lit area that is protected from wind and weather.

  • I will need access to a powerpoint for lighting and phone charger. If this isn’t possible, please let me know and I can bring a power pack.

Cost & Payment:

Just $100 today to lock in the date.

Please feel free to contact me prior to paying to make sure I’m free. This is non-refundable (unless you’re just too keen and then we discover I am otherwise engaged).

Once the details are locked in, an invoice will be sent via email 3 months prior to the event date, requesting a 50% non refundable deposit (minus the $100 already paid).

The final invoice will be sent via email 4 weeks before the wedding with the full amount due at least 7 days before the wedding date. Please know that if no money has been received by the date specified on the invoice, this will result in a no show.

If I am unable to attend the wedding due to unforeseen circumstances and I give less than 8 weeks notice, the full amount paid to date will be refunded and a complimentary portrait of the Bride and Groom in the style they originally nominated will be gifted by the artist.

Please note the $100 is a deposit to hold the date.

The remaining cost will be determined via email correspondence depending on your specific event needs. If you pay the $100 and I am not available on the selected date, the money will be refunded in full.

Once you lock in the details of your event, a 50% deposit will be payable less the $100 booking fee. The full amount is due one week prior to your event. If no payment is received by this date, this will result in Crystal not showing on the day.
