Crystal will come and take a quick snap at the ceremony and then set up her paints at your reception venue.
She will spend hours creating an artwork that is truly special and perfectly captures you on your wedding day. Fun, entertaining for guests and a great way to hear all the best stories- Crystal invites your guests to write her a prompt that means something to you and to them. Deeply personal and absolutely unique, your artwork slowly comes to life over the course of your reception.
After completing the portrait of you she will place it in a protective cello bag with backing board and her embossed gold sticker. It will be displayed on a timber display easel which is yours to keep until you can have the work framed.
Alternatively, Crystal can have the work professionally framed for you for an added cost.

All the materials needed to create the work and send it home safely
A custom A3 watercolour portrait of the bride and groom with a circular colour background surrounded by meaningful items or motifs inspired by guests input.
A table and chair. Please provide one that is standard height and in a well lit and protected area of the room.
Framing. You can choose to provide a store bought frame on the day and Crystal will pop your artwork into it once it is complete. Please note, the frame will be left on the table, on a timber display easel for guests to look at. If the frame is dropped or breaks, Crystal takes no responsibility and accepts no liability for any damage caused to the artwork once she has completed it.

Once the details are locked in, an invoice will be sent via email 3 months prior to the date, requesting a 50% non refundable deposit (minus the $100 already paid).
The final invoice will be sent via email 4 weeks before the wedding with the full amount due the 7 days before the wedding date. Please know that if no money has been received by the date specified on the final invoice, this will result in a no show.
If Crystal is unable to attend the wedding due to unforeseen circumstances and she gives less than 8 weeks notice, the full amount paid to date will be refunded and a complimentary A4 watercolour portrait of the Bride and Groom will be gifted by the artist.
